Inspiring the next generation of female entrepreneurs:
Compendium of Best Practices
The compendium showcases 18 best practices from Greece, Ireland, Italy, and Sweden, highlighting key strategies in personal branding, digital marketing, intercultural management, leadership, and government support for women entrepreneurs. It serves as a guide to inspire and equip young women with practical models for success in entrepreneurship.
The Youngpreneurs project is a transnational initiative spanning Sweden, Ireland, Italy, and Greece, dedicated to empowering young women, particularly those from vulnerable or immigrant backgrounds, by equipping them with vital entrepreneurial skills. By emphasizing personal branding, digital marketing, intercultural management, and leadership, the project meets the evolving demands of today’s labor market through tailored training that cultivates resilience, adaptability, and innovation.
Aligned with the EU’s gender equality goals, Youngpreneurs addresses key barriers to women’s participation in entrepreneurship through a collaborative network of stakeholders, practical resources, and mentorship opportunities–helping young women build confident, future-ready careers.
